The goals were chalked off correctly as you say so you can't really say 'If those illegal goals had counted' Lol.

I don't think France created much either tbh. One shot on target for each side says it was a poor night in front of goal for both sides, a relatively drab game all round settled by an own goal. France defo deserved it though.

The two that were chalked off though showed what France are about going forward, I know you can't count offside goals, but it could quite easily ended up being 3-0 that game.

But yeah overall it was a fairly drab game. Shame as it looked like it was going to really get going after that first goal, but it just kind of fizzled into mediocrity.
