Although I don't care who wins out of these two, I don't think Morecambe have ever been in tier three football. Much improved since I last saw them play in the fourth tier. Newport always a good pedigree, at lower league level.

When did the playoff format change. It used to be a weekend which led up to the Championship playoff on the BH Monday?

Don't know tbph. I was just thinking, I use to have to wait for the Championship play-offs to finish before I moved the boards, so yeah must have changed some point.
