@West WindsR your favourite player has apparently ruptured his Achilles in training mate, shocker of an injury that, used to be a career ender, really unfortunate for the young lad, but he’ll be out for 8-9 months with that I reckon.
 
Steve Bruce is asked by TV if fans will be buying him a pint at one of the pubs close to St James' Park.

"I somehow doubt it," he says. "I think I will just go home thank you."

Toon need to be glad they’ve got Bruce, they can’t do any better

The Sunderland player did a casual back pass to the keeper, the keeper then panics and blasts it against the approaching Lincoln player, who's then left with a simple tap in. Calamity.

<laugh> they're cursed that lot... I mean we're pretty crap,, but they've taken it to a whole new level the past few years
