You have to wonder why Levy chose to shoot Jose in the week of a cup final. A game, which as it turned out, was exactly the kind of tight affair that Jose was so adept at nicking during his career.
Could he have binned him off before the final, as he knew if he’d won it, then it’d have been much harder to justify sacking him? Or would a win have triggered a sizeable bonus?

I think we have widely differing interpretations of what "effort" is.
I genuinely think Levy thought sacking him on Monday would stop us kicking off at his ****ish ESL planes.
I'm probably gonna sound like a sad tart but giving up my 20 year membership is gonna be really hard.

Nothing...think if a team who lost the fa cup final to a team who qualified for Europe via the league used to get into Europe (think that happened to millwall) but they stopped that too.

Yeah we were first to benefit from that change in 14/15 under Koeman iirc.
