Think @Peej is gonna be hurt by that when he sees that Tobes has liked it. But I agree, the domestic violence stuff is poor taste and should be binned.
"I liked it because I agreed with brb, not because I liked the idea of Peej being banned"

Has he said that yet? :bandit:

@Sucky

thoughts on the game last night mate?

I have analysed Not606's content from last night and noted one like from you, that was Spurly calling me a ****.

So I wanna know how hard you hurtin

Shocked to see he’s dodged any mention of it.

They’re a Championship side mate.

Reckon you’ll take at least a point.
They're playing very well at the moment, but they've got no cutting edge.
If Mitrovic can get back into form and remember where the goal is, then they'll cause people real problems on the run in.

They did a proper job on us at Goodison. Parker set them up really well tbf. They allowed us to have the ball in our own half, but then pressed as we got to the halfway line, then went man for man. So our CB’s had no one to hit, and ended up aimlessly knocking the ball across the back 4 before inevitably being forced to punt it.

If Reed gets time and space in midfield he’s more than useful, their issue is exactly as you point out, they just lack that bit of really quality up front, albeit Maja produced it when they did us.

We were well on top in the first half against them yesterday and it seemed like the game was getting away from them before the break.
Parker made a couple of tactical changes at half-time and they dominated the second half, but didn't have anyone to finish things off.
Some of that was our flagging front line. Most of it was Parker setting them up well and them being well drilled.

I expect Liverpool will turn them over, but I doubt it will be an easy game.
If Fulham can stay in it, then it could get interesting late on.

Lol, yeah got a few stories like that.

Ended up in Gravesend once trying to get the last train back to Lewisham. Kipped on a bench at the station and waited for the first train back in the morning.

Top tip; never get the night bus from Uxbridge Station to Trafalgar Square. Takes ****ing forever

Lol, Had a convo with @Sucky on here recently about the wonders and perils of the night bus.

Used to get the N72 from Trafalgar Sq, Lambeth, Elephant & Castle, Old Kent Rd, New Cross, Lewisham.

Was like a trip through war torn Aleppo some nights <laugh>

Looking back, it was sketchy as **** growing up there. But you know, when you live there and it's all you know, it's just normal.

I would hate to bring my daughter up in a place like that though. So grateful to be where I am now. She's got the beach as her playground, we had burnt out cars and legging it away from dodgy estates trying not to get the **** kicked out of you.

<laugh> Getting beaten up is part of growing up mate.

Must be nice having the beach though, and all that fresh air.

Yeah it is, knowing how to scrap is an essential survival skill growing up.

Different set of survival skills needed down here for kids. Knowing how to swim, avoid rips, not getting trampled to death by cattle and how not kill yourself jumping off of rocks into the sea.
