Play ****, win. Happy with that. Is it 20+ years since Southampton beat us. Imagine my surprise no 30 minute build up/mention every 30 seconds.

3 points is 3 points at this stage of the season. Joint 6th now? <eek>
Exactly mate tbh. It was a massive game for us, off the back of 3 home defeats on the spin and given the massive high of last week, that’s the kind of game we’ve been spewing this season. So great to get the 3 points without having to flog ourselves to death, as we play again on Thursday.

It was hardly a spectacle. It took you 90 mins to register your first effort of note.

We nearly paid the price for treating much of the game like a training match though.

Think teams are playing like it's late April and trying to save themselves. Odd season; most teams apart from City looking shagged already.

Must have been my imagination that they beat you earlier in the season then? :emoticon-0112-wonde

When Spurs and Arsenal produce the most entertaining football of the weekend you know it was a **** weekend of football.

Impressed with Spuds yesterday, considering Burnley are physically hard to play against. As I say, most teams looking leggy now, and that's affecting the quality of games imo. Still 13 games to go and teams are going to have to rotate to get through, but I ain't whining (too much) - it's the same tide for everybody.

If Burnley had Pope in goal yesterday, Spurs wouldn’t have scored.
