Thought we were very good today. We conceded a piss weak goal, which is something we need to stop doing as we’re our own worst enemy at times. But the players showed real resolve to get themselves back into it and go on to win the game.
Think we had something like 70% possession in that game, and overall we had you pretty much exactly where we wanted you for the whole game, bar the first 6 mins.
Yeah, you were nearly as good as Slavia Prague, apart from the defending.
Has started me thinking ... Barnes and Justin have (had) played in just about every game of a demanding season and both now out with knee injuries that didn't come from crunching tackles but rather innocuous looking incidents ... are these new age pitches also adding to the problem with their better surfaces? ... **** knows ... but no denying we are right in the brown stuff now.

I've only seen about an hour of him live and then "highlights" of goals conceded (not exactly highlights granted). I think it's fair to say he's had a tough start and you can see why people have criticised him but he is only 23 (ish) and has been thrown in. He's had different centre-back partners each time, none of which have been experienced centre-backs and a keeper who has looked shot on confidence in a team that isn't easing the pressure by putting the game out of reach. He's going to learn a lot from all this and be a better player next season as a result, I'm yet to be convinced that'll be with you guys but it's too early to judge.
