It's kind of pointless because we're probably too skint to sack him, will cost around £30m.

If it was a simple choice no money involved, he's got to go, his selections, tactics and man management are amongst the worst I've seen from a manager, honestly can't believe how bad it is at the moment. But it ain't happening, Levy will be too proud to admit his gamble didn't pay off.

Out of interest, how much money will Spurs lose if they fail to make a European place?

Mental appointment which is gonna set you back years.

I weren't even against the appointment and a few times he's done some good stuff but if you look back over the last 15 months with him, a lot of the stuff he's done has just baffled me as to how he's had the career he's had.

Lose as in lose out on?

I'd say with CL we could earn about an extra £80m-ish a season, plus added sponsorship opportunities being in it.
With EL we could earn about an extra £12m-£15m a season.

Hmmm not enough to be worth paying him off yet then.

I know he's had success since but he's never been the same since Madrid for me. He has one bad result and reverts to overly defensive tactics.

How can Spurs beat Wolfsburg 3 days ago then lose to Moyes?

Oh yeh it wasn't Wolfsburg <rofl>

Moyes showing Jose it's not all about the cheque book. J Lings transfer of the season.
oh, he's been a good signing, but he's not our best signing this season.

We need that though to help pay off the stadium. Without CL for a second successive season we'll likely have to go down the Arsenal route of selling best players to help finance it, not sure EL would help us avoid that route.

And to be honest, as a ST holder I'm delighted I'm not spending any money at the moment, I reckon quite a few will be considering their STs for next season whilst members who get regular tickets will also lose interest unless something changes, considering we charge the highest prices in Europe, no one's getting anything near value for money.

I wanted to overlook the usual "negative style" that's been associated under him or that he's a dinosaur nowadays and for a period the counter system was working well but then he switched it to just going completely defensive and he's ran so many key players into the ground that they're not performing like key players any more, his team selections are dreadful as well.
