Clear foul? ... well yes perhaps ... has been called blatant cheating... by plenty of pundits ... and a repeated behaviour by Mr Kane ... risking serious injury to opponents by backing in and arching his back with no attempt to win the ball ...

Yes, a lot of pundits do talk utter bollocks, that's true.
