Woy is going in dry later.

A leveraged takeover, should be illegal ffs. Basically the new owners have borrowed the equivalent of the purchase price of the club, and lumped the debt onto the club. They’ve also emptied their cash reserves. What's going on with Burnley like? On the brink of complete bankruptcy or something?
So if Dyche goes elsewhere or walks and they take the drop are they in danger of some complete financial collapse?
If we lose I'm sure you'll have fun reading our matchday mate![]()

Which, if I'm not mistaken, is what the Man Utd owners did previously?
I'm a bit baffled as to how that passed an O&D test tbph.
Yes they did, the salient difference being that United had revenues that were amongst the highest in the World of togger, so could service the debt. Burnley haven’t.
They’ll have passed the directors test as they’re clean, however the previous owner should have flushed out their intentions, as they’re nothing but vulture capitalists.
Oh well, that's Burnley gone next year then. Roll on the next Championship knackers to clog up the bottom half of the table.
****ing disgraceful. I said the same when the Glazers did it to Utd, but they were in a far stronger position.A leveraged takeover, should be illegal ffs. Wouldn't blame Dyche for walking away now, to be honest.
Another Avi bet bro?
