It's certainly strange when.

Liverpool are getting outwork by teams.
Man City like boring 1 nil wins. Man Utd are top but also **** and a Jose Mourinho Spurs team are the best attacking team in the league. Wtf happened?

Spurs the best attacking side in the league, when did that happen like? They’ve only won 2 of their last 6 in the league and one of them was at home to Leeds so that doesn’t really count.

Yeah the best attacking sides always park the bus for 80 minutes after taking an early lead like.

It’s been a fair while since I’ve watched a City game thinking that them winning was a bad result for us like.

Strange times.

So they did something Everton couldn't.

It'll be tainted anyway, given to them by VAR.

United and City probably had it hardest tbh, having to play in the Champions League in close season and then having to start the season a couple of games behind everyone else meaning they messed up their first few games and have had to cram more in to catch up as well. Despite that they're likely to be top two shortly, it's only January though and I'd still make Liverpool favourites - and rightly so as I'd say they've got the best team. Plenty of twists yet, looking like a great season.

Liverpool aren't looking like the team they have been for a couple of years (and that was before their injury) but Man City have been below their standard for over a year and I can't see any of the others racking up big points totals. Nip 'n' tuck season, i think it'd be less surprising for Liverpool to go on a winning run than anyone else - though United and City have been great recently.

Did you read my post? The bit where I thought I said you had the best team and would win the league? You don't half cry mate. Cheer up, you're in the race.
