Thats a bold prediction bro.13-1 says we better than you homes. Soz.
What odds can I get on West Ham conceding a penalty two rounds from now? Should be good, but I suspect they're not!Great, so we'll get past Stockport and Doncaster just so we can be robbed by a ref and VAR in the 5th round.

Best to get out early mate...save all that heartache further down the line.Great, so we'll get past Stockport and Doncaster just so we can be robbed by a ref and VAR in the 5th round.

Great draw that.

This is asking for trouble. Mon the Hatters.
Pedantic, it was what yesterday deserved. Not quite sure what your point is apart from some pedantry laced with a heavy dose of sarcasm. If we’re doing pedantry then yes, the land is on a 200 year lease. The cash has been paid but with a clause that would see it repaid if the planning was rejected.
Laing have been appointed the contractors and have already been doing some prelim work at the site and persuaded the club to alter parts of the original architects design - Dan Meis, who’s not been retained. There was also iirc an issue with the height of the structure from the planning aspect and it’s now been reduced by a metre.
The stadium is the catalyst for entire North docks redevelopment scheme, it’s a £5BN project, and as @Tel had already pointed out, it’ll create jobs and revenue for the Liverpool City Region. Planning is a formality as the council have heavily backed the idea from the off.
If you fancy an avatar wager on it mate, just shout![]()
That's why he gets the big bucks...whereas you get **** all to entertain us with you epigrammatist commentsGreat insight from Savage saying this would be the shock of the round.

Have the FA not missed a trick this year, they could have partnered smaller clubs up with bigger ones instead of doing a draw and apportioned all TV revenue to the smaller clubs or even better made them PPV where I’m sure big Prem fanbases would have paid to help the cause.
Nah **** that PPV is only good when it’s Burnley vs Newcastle on a Thursday afternoon and Sky get to keep the money.
