Iirc, boro ended up having to play the game later (which they lost?) and got a points deduction which sent them down.
The irony is that, had they played the game at the time using reserves they'd have stayed up as they wouldn't have been deducted points.

City should be deducted points and the game be replayed later...that's the precedent set by the premier league

Different set of circumstances, they'll probably claim government guidelines, which would put the FA in an awkward position if they did think about a punishment.

Didn't you lot have to play after a full squad case of the ****s? And it cost you a place above Arsenal. Heard that Wenger cooked the team meal that day <whistle>

On that basis alone City should be hammered for cancelling their game.
 
Tough match for us at WBA.

Don't know why though as they've only won one match all season.

3/1 WBA and 3/1 draw look decent insurance bets as might need to buy a win in this one <ok>

I don't think you need to worry about it.

I expect Sam will be more worried about your attack and set up with 10 behind the ball. You just need to take your chances.

I can't think of two more opposing managers in terms of ideology. Should be interesting. Lets hope football wins eh :emoticon-0148-yes:
