They can take three points off City and give them to Everton all day long in my book, and Klopp's too. I'm sure. Make it six, tbh. and my mortgage is on us winning our second Prem on the bounce. <cheers>

No, it disadvantages the club responsible, all the other clubs just get what they have earned.

The other clubs points tallies would be affected by City forfeiting 3 points to us how exactly? The rest of the league would still have exactly what they’d earned.

IF they were found to be guilty of gamesmanship, what you’re suggesting allows the club responsible to field a stronger side against us in the rescheduled fixture, which is directly detrimental to us and no one else. Whilst simultaneously punishing City with a points deduction that’d benefit your club, which is what you really meant lol.

Fabhino is our best DM since Mascerano, Possibly the Prem's too. Our midfield is suffering like City's did last year when Fernandinho was used at CB. If the answer to not buying a CB (or two) in Jan is because Fabinho can stand in there, then that's one ****ed-up question in the first place imo that owes more to FSG still demanding payment for a ****ing a stand that they were contractually obliged to build when they bought the club in a firesale.

But anyway, this is about City cheating the system to avoid an unkind fixture schedule, Just wish we could have done this when we were asked to play two games in 24 hours in two continents, tbh.

Now you’ve lost glass back they’ve surely got to buy a CB in Jan, no?

If not, there’ll be tears, as Carragher was spot on last night when he said that the stand ins are good young players, but across more than half a season they’ll be exposed from time to time. Sides will figure out how to get at them and exploit it.

Them getting docked 3 points would also mean you got a 3 point advantage over them, having to play the game later just means you will have to play the same amount of games as every other team so all's fair.

It’s all moot anyway, as it’s City and they’ve already sought PL approval, likely via a herd of lawyers with a load of quacks in tow, but still.

As you know, I personally don't trust FSG as far as I could throw Balotelli, who was their answer to losing Suarez and not getting Sanchez. Tbf, they spent big for Virgil and Allison, but only reluctantly in the case of the latter.

I wouldn’t either mate, you know my view, they’re the luckiest owners in World football imo, who’ve invested £0 in your club after having nicked it off the administrators *cough* I mean Bank, for around half it’s true value at the time. Made one tremendous decision i.e. Klopp and have ridden the wave ever since.
