Yeah like I say it's just a normal City, definitely got worse in past 5-10 years but dunno if that's the same everywhere really.

I'd move to nicer surroundings if I could but wouldn't leave nipper behind.

Lived in Plymouth for the last couple of years. I love it but the locals reckon it's got worse in the last few years. Same everywhere by the look of it.
