He was worse than Bruce imo.

I sat through months of his ****e, in fairness he did what he was brought in to do, but it felt like having your toe nails pulled out with a pair of rusty pliers, whilst being bummed by a dog. You left the ground feeling hurt, dirty and abused - even when we won. It was truly obscene. The man is a footballing horror show.

Who know's mate I had a decent few hours yesterday say 5om til about 6am this morning when I felt fine, then slept woke up and same ****e again til about 6pm tonight then OK and here I am feeling OK for now, I'm having another good period so have to eat when I can.

If it comes up it comes up I still need the food if ya know what I mean, I can do a few days with nothing but then it's a bad idea I think.

Really hope you are better soon mate...it's **** when you get something that won't take the hint and **** off.
Try and rest up and don't do too much when you first feel better.

concussion/head injury subs need to be allowed for.
