Yeh proper fukeries mate, can lessen the attacks with sleeping tabs but doesn't always work. Just summin I have to deal with tbh

Alcohol on an empty stomach is a big no no, I'm not even drinking this Xmas and that just incase.

1st got it when I was with my ex, so thats gone 10years agono.
some years maybe one attack, my worst year was bout 8 hospital trips and 2 more after that at home as I'd learned by then there's no point going hospital for it, I'm just as uncomfortable there as I am at home dealing with it so. I don't do it anymore just curl up with the tabs and buckle up for the ride.

Worst attack was 8days non stop vomiting every 30mins I was awake.
