The rules don't need to be ****ing changed, ffs. Neither now, or at the end of the season. Serious foul play is misconduct, and can be disciplined if the ball is in play or not. The rules of the game just need to be administered, not changed. Btw, someone has started a petition to have all three points awarded to Liverpool. Not a little ashamed if this was indeed started by a Red, tbh.

The point being, if you read it, that unlike the horseshittery you endorsed before, there is absolutely no rule that serious foul play can not be refereed if the ball is not in play.
