I didn’t mean that tbf, I meant he doesn’t comes across as a bloke who could really inspire a team when the chips were down.

Fair play. I guess we only hear the press sound bites. Would be interesting to hear what the players get from him, the young lads seem to enjoy his faith.

Both the same person up in the North East

The funniest bit about that comment is the fact I lived in Liverpool for a decade and now live on the Wirral and there's a definite element of "people in glass houses". The partner in the law firm I used to work in (in Bootle) was genuinely married to his cousin (and I assume still is).

Bassong well chirpy nowadays...fair play...wonder which month a slow depression will start to creep into his posts

Silva was apparently all for ****ing him off last summer & Brands said no.

People in glass houses shouldn't shag their blood relatives ?

Don't remember that saying going like that before ..

It's obviously really. It's an illegal activity and you don't want to be seen. Simples.

Choose to believe it or not, no issue to me, he was at David Phillips and Partners on Bootle High street. Nice guy.

It's not illegal (so not incest, or at least not legally relevant incest) and I don't know the back story. It's possible they didn't actually know each other much before hand. I just know that it's not something you were allowed to ask him about even if you got drunk at the Christmas party and really wanted to bring it up as a topic of conversation.

DCL, he would have been crazy as he was one of our only decent performers, even when he played him out wide.
