Age is just a number, doesn’t tend to work when applied to footie players mate.

This season was his Indian summer, Steptoe is hitting the rapid downslope shortly, he’ll be 34 after Christmas.

I like Keane now, hated him when he played off course but I'm supposed to. He's so right, it should be more a sense of relief than a big party. Celebrating being ****? Don't get it.

The wheels came off for them early Jan mate. Their results since were bottom half.

Shows how well they did early season tbf, but also that they’d been found out, and sides knew how to play against them. At their best it’s balls in behind or into the channels for Vardy. Don’t give them acres of grass behind your back line and they struggle.

Maddison being the exception to that, I think that lad is a genuine talent and he can unlock a defence. They’ve managed to get him tied down to a new deal today, so that’s their best piece of business this window already done.
