The Saudis have pissed through over a 1/3rd of their cash reserves during the crisis, and with the oil price being on its arse. They’ve instigated a whole raft of austerity measures including seeing wage cuts of up to 40% across their economy. Mbappe though.........

oil will regain it's value and PIF is 320 billion put to one side to ensure they don't rely on oil... nothing changes they just get more for their money atm because world not just Saudi is in the ****

that'll spend more than 5 million a year mate

That's them relegated then.

Sort of feel that the EFL should suspend that penalty for clubs given the current situation.

I agree, also someone mentioned the other day about FFP, how will that work, because there is no revenue coming through the door for lower league clubs, aside from prepaid season tickets. We've just off loaded some players ourselves, which I believe has been done to a degree to balance the books, rather than extend contracts.

What’s the standard punishment? -10 only puts them in the relegation zone by 2 points
The EFL have said they’ll be deducted 12 points, unless they’re relegated anyway, in which case it’ll carry over to next season.

Dave Whelan must be fuming.

There’ll be a few thankful clubs down in the danger zone though.

That's standard about it being carried over I believe. Same thing happened to us and we started our first league one season on -10.

Not sure when it changed to 12 though.
