Our team is not Champions League quality right now. And Bayern are a ****ing good team!
We lost our best player in the summer and couldn't make any signings and are relying on Over the hill stalwarts like Willian and Pedro or green as **** youngsters like Reece James, Mount, Abraham etc, who hadn't played in the CL before.

The fact that we are 4th in the PL is awesome, and also testament to how gash United, Arsenal and Spurs have been, that we are above you with a team of babies and a rookie manager on a transfer ban.
If you'd offered me 4th at the beginning of the season, i'd have taken ya hand off.

For a team with a transfer ban (of just one summer), you sure did do a lot of business. Clearly Chelsea knew it was coming and Hazard was going so Pulisic was signed early and loaned back. Kovacic is a good player and there was a work around there too so he was signed permanently. You spent more money during a transfer ban than we did as champions league winners. You only won the league a few seasons ago without a mass exodus and you have the world most expensive (and useless) keeper too.

You are hardly a team of babies, lacking experience who haven't signed anyone since forever.

So what are you saying ya ****ing twat?
That our team really is good enough to win the league and beat Bayern Munich but they just can't be bothered and have decided be **** because.....

Forget Kepa's price, he is ****. Doesn't matter if we paid 70 quid or 70 million quid, he is ****.
Since our last title win our good players got old, and past their prime, (ie Willian and Pedro), or they left, ie (Hazard, Costa, Courtois)
or both (Terry, Cahill, Fabregas, Luiz)

And yes, we totally have a team of babies who lack experience, you clueless **** nugget <ok>

Not really sure what point he is trying to make.
That the transfer ban didnt affect us because our squad should be good enough? Does he actually think that? Looking at our squad? <laugh>

Everyone thought kovacic was a pile of **** last year.

Anyway theres something called age that catches up to all players. Compare the two teams that won the title, only 5 of them are the same (pedro willian azpilicueta, kante, alonso).

Pedros 34, willians 31, Azpilicueta is 30 and going downhill fast. Of these 5, only 3 are regulars so that is 8 new players effectively in the team from the title winning squad.

Most chelsea fans are currently okay with where we are positioned and you would have to be not following football to think we should be challenging
