Cool, always love it when players with stupidly random J's in their name move to the PL.
Because me and one of my mates love being childish and calling out their names phonetically, like Steve Berg-Widgun.

For whatever reason, he gave up trying a long time ago.

He hasn’t been out “best player” for a while.

His dead ball delivery has been atrocious for several seasons. He’d struggle to get into the best sides.

It’s good that we’re moving on.

In all seriousness, even though he was a class player, it aint gonna be a big loss to you, at least not to the way you have been playing this season, as he wasn't really contributing.
If you couldn't get back the Eriksen from 2 seasons ago, not much point keeping him, he wanted out, for whatever reason and he wasn't playing for Spurs any more.

Shame that you had to let him go for peanuts, cos of his contract nearly being out, but never mind

Tone set. Should have been 3-0 up in the first 10, solo performance from a keeper determined to keep his clean sheet and they break and score. Can see that being the decider...Nyland isn’t getting beaten

They are, but their keeper isn’t. It’s one of them games. Will be gutting if Man Utd somehow turn it round but let’s be honest Villa just await a humiliating in the final by Man City as we would. Hopefully we just carry on getting our confidence back for the remaining league games and FA cup

I studied in Birmingham and the **** bit where the students live is all Villa (apart from the students). Just awful, scummy people. Terrible accent, **** all to do around the ground, manager looks like a PE teacher who’s shagging the Year 10 netball captain.
