@Suckmyklopp pnp is wrong, mate. You are too wacky to be boring. Wacky can never be boring.

Tbf to pnp, I think what he meant to say was “annoying.”

Yeah, wacky is definitely annoying, mate.

Kroenke ****ed up your chance for some major investment, due solely to his own greed.

Usmanov was practically begging Kronke to let him invest. The way he was treated by the board was scandalous. Second biggest shareholder and wasn’t even given a seat on the board.

I can’t believe how your club is run, mate.

Dry your eyes love.

The stadium development is the catalyst for the entire North Docks development that has laid dormant for the best part of a decade since the original outline planning was granted to Peel.

You should provide evidence of his personal involvement in a flat development on that site btw, as you seem to have insider knowledge.

You must log in or register to see media

And what?

Written by a lifelong follower of the cult btw.

Shocked <laugh>
The stupid thing about the article is it doesn’t identify viable alternatives. Build a mall? Well I reckon shops in the city centre would have something to say about that. Build council houses, there would be outrage as it’s next to a sewage plant. .

all I see is it will increase tourism to another part of the city that has **** all. So what if they build swanky flats. What they are proposing doing with the existing ground more than makes up for building a load of flats. Clubs need to have sustainable income on their land so hotels and apartments make perfect sense for clubs to move forward and afford the outlay of doing the stadium.

do actual Liverpudlians object to it? Or just sour grapes that Everton would have the better stadium?

We will definitely find out if Levy is the genius you all portray him as, over the next 12 months or so.
With Maureen at the helm, he’s going to have to pull a few rabbits out of the hat, otherwise you’re likely to have a number of years as a mid table team?

Spurs had a very good manager in Pochettino, who transformed them from mediocrity into a fast attacking team that got to a Champions League final. But Levy managed to piss him off repeatedly by not backing him and then sacked him when inevitably it went tits up. He's now got a squad with players running down their contracts, looking for the exit door, leaking goals left right and centre and Maureen threatening to change the attacking football Poch built and revert back to his standard park the bus boring football.

Not a problem if they pay for it themselves. The problem is the council just annouced a maximum tax rise to cover £50m deficit due to Tory-imposed austerity.

Joe using council money to upgrade Everton's training ground and now Moshiri's private flats isn't a good use of money.

Joe has already wasted public resources for his favourite club trying to get the police involved over Everton's crap transfers.
