It's the luxury flats I have a problem with not the stadium, and Moshiri using the excuse of the stadium to get the council to cover the utilities installation bill for him

The stadium development is the catalyst for the entire North Docks development that has laid dormant for the best part of a decade since the original outline planning was granted to Peel.

You should provide evidence of his personal involvement in a flat development on that site btw, as you seem to have insider knowledge.

We should have taken the opportunity when we had it.

Fortunately though, I think our board are finally waking up to the fact that we need some serious investment in this squad.
