You are signing into the correct bit I assume, ie as a member, and not in the registration section!?
Unplug everything for 2mins and try it, router, stick, telly
Actually unplug from the wall as some devices have devices in the plugs that device things properly
I can imagine people buying the pass but not actually activating it and it sits in your account queueing

On app it says my details aren't recognised but on the website it says 'unable to log in, please try again later'.
And yeah I've activated pass cos I was using it this morning so it's actually logged me out.

Just tried the browser, I fooked up my password first attempt and it said not recognised, done it right second time and got in on that to.
