Encroachment is one of the things in the list of things that can be checked;
"Encroachment by players that has a direct impact on the outcome of the kick".
A pedant would argue that being in a position to clear the ball after a save isn't a 'direct impact'.

Yeah I was mistaken, it was the keeper coming off the line they said they won't use it for.
 
2-2 that’ll do for today. Was important not to lose this game.

But we are in a mess make no mistake.
