Well when we (Chelsea) were find guilty of speaking to Ashley Cole without permission, we were fined £300,000 and given a suspended 3 point deduction.
Tbh I don't think fines do anything to discourage massive clubs like barca from doing things dodgy.
Transfer bans is the only deterrent for me.
