Thought United looked useful and Chelsea decent to average.

Chelsea still have some good players but are not what they were.

Hardly embarrassing being we have the best record at OT and it's the first time they have beaten us 4-0 since 1965

Losing 4 nil not embarrassing ...well, maybe not as embarrassing as that ****ing 1965 bollocks <laugh>
Just suck it up you sad mug...you know you'll get a chance to dish it out...in the mean time...

Apparently the Ozil and Kolasinac situation has involved a rival gang war in North London. What started out as a couple of hood rats trying to steal their watches has escalated as Eastern European gangs have waded in and threatened the attackers, which has upped the ante.

It also has a political stance as it involves both supporters and opponents of Erogan who was best man at Ozil's wedding. Apparently the two arrested at Ozil's home over the weekend were of Turkish descent. Both players are apparently on 24 hr watch with bodyguards outside their homes.

**** situation and one that hopefully dies down soon.
It settle down for a bit, until the war in Europe, that too many people seem want, properly kicks-off.

I know your comment wasn't aimed at me, and not sure if you saw my earlier opinion. Don't pretend to know much about the Prem or Chelsea players, but I did watch the game on and off.

Chelsea seemed to start well and were unlucky not to be 0-1 up within the first four minutes. I felt Chelsea looked pretty decent in the first 15. But then their undoing was giving away the penalty, and tbph Man Utd don't need gift horses like that. After that the home side upped a gear and tore Chelsea apart with counter attacks, their pace and quality passing left Chelsea very much wanting. Overall of all the hammerings in the opening weekend, Chelsea were the better of a poor bunch, ie West Ham and Norwich.

It is clear that a gulf has opened up in the Prem with Man Utd, Man City, Liverpool and Spurs. Luckily for the rest of the clubs, fans will not accept the destruction of domestic football, otherwise I think we would be looking at a European Super League by now for the Billionaire playboys. I suppose the next question would be is do clubs like Man Utd want to spend £80 Million on players to have to risk injury against the likes of Leicester and Bournemouth, when they could be playing the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid instead, IF they could get the fans to support such a move.

I can only speak for myself but I'd love for a European super league to be set up.
