So it appears these two clubs have previous, in 1973 Millwall supporters visited Goodison Park for a Cup tie. It appears some of those travelling supporters got situated in a wrong stand. Claims on the Toffee Forum, yes, the Everton forum, that not one but thirteen Wall supporters got stabbed that fatal day!

Those same claims were made on other websites too but of a much lessor number. Varying from two to seven.

A load of Millwall fans came into the Gwladys Street through the turnstile on Bullens Road, thinking it was the Paddock entrance. Loads of trouble in the street and with 13 Millwall fans being stabbed.
An ex-sister-in-law of mine married a Millwall fan in the '90s and he told me he was one of the 13 stabbed. Showed me the scar on his stomach.

God help us if we ever go back to the '70s. I used to be a regular match goer, home and away, in the '60s and '70s.
It was after a home game mid '70s when I saw an away supporter battered outside at the end of Gwladys Street. Completely unprovoked and left me feeling sick. Stopped going then and I've only been to a handful of home games since.

Now a picture is forming, history repeating itself :(

If only someone had mentioned that on Saturday.

Yes finding a video on the internet from 2 years ago is much worse than finding some random comment on the internet about something that happened 46 years ago

of a five year old child, you forgot to mention that bit bruv <ok>

That random comment as you mention it was placed along with others only two weeks ago, by none other than Everton fans themselves, and you are right, absolutely right, why would Everton supporters be discussing that from 46 years ago, only weeks before the game! Shocking, totally shocking.
