As funny as it is seeing your lot piss away a lead in the last 10 mins, it must be frustrating as **** seeing your manager making those mistakes again and again.

Like I said, he's good when his plan is working, but he doesn't seem to have a plan B. And he even manages to **** up his plan A sometimes <laugh>
