You were giving it large about ‘humiliating Utd again’ before the game and once again you ended up humiliating yourself.

Classic HIAG. Loves to dish it, can’t take it back. Standard.

Come off it!

No one takes banter better than I.

I am renowned all over the site for being the King of Banter.

Go for it fam. I’ll mock anybody anybody on here.

You need to get over the brb persecution though <ok>

Persecution is a strong word being bandied about here lately to shut people up. I just speak up loud and clear against a power hungry mod and dont fall for his constant devisive ****e. He was trying to sway the convo towards Spurs because he knows then he gets support...it worked and the by product was that the thread gets ruined then he ****s off knowing everyone else will just be at each other.

If I felt persecuted I wouldn't give it back both barrels..id be sitting here feeling persecuted <ok>

What?

Are you taking the piss?

You have your nose planted so firmly up brb's arse that he has to open his mouth to allow you to breathe!

Brb is a **** stirrer mate. You reacting to it just spurs him on

*pun intended :)

He's having a great purple patch...lets see if he does a Lesta or becomes a serial goal scorer like Kane

Just a shame Kane's serial never seems to make it into the big games ... unlike Vardy for instance ... perhaps Harry's got an aversion to medals and trophies ... Spurbottlephobia or something? ... what with that and him being a chronic Claimagoaliac, you have to feel sorry for the lad .. at least he was blessed with good looks and oratorical finesse <whistle>

I couldn't agree with you more, Bred!

Obsession is very much the key word.

I've seen some threads that have been started as obvious honey-traps for me to post on, so that Pixie and his 'Pede cohorts can scream about me ruining the thread! How can anyone ruin a thread that's already ****e to begin with? If anything, my contributions have the effect of raising what would otherwise be an ill-advised demonstration of third-rate wummery to a decent banter thread.

The problem I have generally found with this board is that most of the non-Spurs lads (with the exception of a few of our non-Yid mates) have an extremely shallow appreciation of footy, so that a truly decent footy convo is rendered pointless. Most of the discussions always end up back at blokes' arses, or with Bambi falling into Rupert's cinnamon ring with his trousers and pants around his ankles.

What's the point, Bruv?

I've seen some jelly spines go running to the mods when they can't take the heat ... me Brenda ... I kid you not <laugh>

We can all **** stir..it's no biggie

the onus should not be on the one reacting like its a weakness...whilst some **** is trying to make another thread like all the other threads.

Especially when that **** doesn't really create the structure of this board but only turns up to disrupt it.

Could say the same about HIAG though. He tries to make every thread either about him or his woeful wumming of Arsenal. Most people just give him the short shrift he deserves.

When brb starts abusing his tools and banning people then it’s a problem. Otherwise, he’s just another footie fan who’s here for the ****ery. Just **** him off with some Bantz if you don’t like it <ok>

Anyway. I’m off to collect my daughter from school. Peace out <peacedove>

Yeah I agree, he's still learning. The thing is people at the club have known he's special for years - it's just a case of him fulfilling that now.

He wouldn't have even got his chance yet tbf. The Clyne injury pushed him into the limelight along with Gomez (Gomez wasn't academy though).

Time will tell but it's hardly like he's just come out of nowhere mate. Being a Chelsea fan I wouldn't expect you to follow our kids, so fair enough.

It's hard trying to not hype him up too much when he deserves a lot of praise. The next 3 years of his career are vital, and he will make mistakes. I'm fine with that tbh.

that's fair enough. I know academies like to be hyped and i know that a lot of the times the kids don't make it (especially at chelsea). You've had a few yourselves, suso, pacheco, ibe.

Gomez and TAA have looked good in spouts but have a lot to work on. They would definitely be good enough for a mid table prem side right now and at the moment, good enough for top 4 with TAAs current form. All that can change in an instant.

I said the same when Ibe broke through and looked really good in the merseyside derby, he had all the talent and athletic ability but i said don't get ahead of yourselves, he looks good but he needs to sustain and got shouted down.

At this level, you need the opportunity and the patience of a manager. Klopps done well to manage him so far.

Gomez looks an absolute beast athletically. The only thing he suffers from is he can't read the flight of the ball and makes mistakes there. Unless he fixes that he can't be a CB for you boys. TAA is the better RB prospect of the two as he's better going forward, better technically and can cross. However both need to work or they'll go down the path of the LFC youth academy of the past 10 years.
