Yea busiest boards are spurs pool soton and hull. Prem board is busy and the best. No snowflakes hanging around here

Amazes me how the same **** managers constantly get linked and walk into jobs.
What the **** goes on in board meetings that allows the likes of Pardew, Hughes, Pulis, Warnock, Bruce, Lambert etc to get hired time and time again?!
Allardyce is the only manager who's got about a bit that actually has some credentials in my opinion, may not play the best football but he knows how to make a solid Prem side.
