Swap Wenger and Poch and within a year most of your team would look ****e and a lot of our players would look better. The rebuild is impossible to predict until anyone remotely competent gets hold of and properly trains these players day in, day out, as well as comes up with actual gameplans.

Most of your players just aren't good enough, especially the defence, doesn't matter who manages them.

If Poch was in charge of Arsenal, he'd sack off that defence within 5 minutes with the exception of Monreal...

Then the rest of the squad within half hour and begin to rebuild it.
