On goals alone yes but is he at the overall standard of Messi, De Bruyne etc? I'm not so sure, same with Kane really he gets goals but when I'm watching him do I think he's in that bracket of player? No for me.
They are no messi or de Bruyne true. Kane is just a striker who is able to get himself in the right place at he right time. He’s also pretty clinical so he gets lots of goals. But yeah not on the same level as messi
