On a much more positive note, my pal spotted me down the Emirates (cricket ground) today having a few pre-match beers and he asked if he could have my tix for Stretford end to take his dad up in the good atmosphere and I'd have his in the SAF stand, I agreed for a couple of free pints... anyway, when I sat down there was a fella next to me with his kid about 12 years old, he had Down's syndrome but a smile as big as the pitch.

Little kid ended up talking to me throughout the whole match and showing me his football boots on his phone and watching him cheer when the goals went in was the best thing about today for me.

Yep. Been ingrained into Arsenal for years now though

The thing is very few top managers would put up with that type of defending. But Wenger is such a gutless manager these days, that he just accepts that as the norm.

That's the reason Arsenal are in a continual decline, as their team isn't even coached to do the basics correct. All the sides down the bottom, wouldn't even defend like that.
