Didn't take Rylan long to get off the mark and another assist too.
Rylan scores goals and is a very good striker, I’m just not sure why you swapped him in for Batshuayi, who for me had finally been given his chance at Chelsea and was slotting consistently.

That game was over in 106 seconds last night lol

Batshuayi may be a late developer which is why the loan move to Dortmund is a sound one. At the present time he doesn't possess the required skill to hold the ball up. Also his ball control is actually worse than Lukaku's. His off the ball positioning is awful too but he has scored a few tap in's from 6 yards against Koln & Hamburg who are defensively bankrupt. I'm hoping a few years away on loan will bring on all those qualities needed to be a Chelsea forward.

Leicester fans gave Mahrez a standing ovation when he left the pitch last night. Bit bizarre that considering he's been on strike and thinks the club is ****e.
He got a far from good reception at the start, very mixed. He got a better reception when he came off as he had a good game and made the assist and we were relieved to get through. If he’d got booed off you’d be on here saying our fans are a discrace booing him

He doesn't deserve booing. I don't think anyone in football does tbh. That's just panto bullshit.

But a standing ovation after what he's done? That's a poor showing in my book.

Personally my reaction would be indifference so as you say really. Just shows our fans are better people than him remembering what he has done for us and his contribution to the title and having respect for him if anything in contrast to his complete lack of respect for us. I wouldn’t say poor showing from the fans, maybe mugs I might say is fair but like I say, the ones who applauding him off were probably appreciating his contribution last night. I did neither before or when he came off

He’ll never play for you again imo, and I make you wrong on your assessment of his overall game as well.

Currently he does not suit our system and someone like Giroud (thankfully not Carroll, Barnes or ****ing Crouch) does to a tee. So the loan move for him and Chelsea makes perfect sense with Giroud at 31 as a stop gap. At this moment in time.

Unfortunately, as Tobes says I don’t think he’ll play for us again. I can see Dortmund signing him on a permanent basis.

I chuckled when I read his assessment. Chatting like a pundit or some ****.

Very good striker and another player they'll let go and it'll come back to haunt them..

I think Arsenal will come to regret selling Giroud to us. <ok>
