Also does anyone think players will stick to the 3 metre rule when the ref is looking at the screen?

Be interesting to see how many bookings are given out to teams like Chelsea etc.

Just no :steam:

Do not want to see any of this appeal rubbish. Just let the 4th official review goals and pens when the ball is dead anyway after the whistle has gone. If there's anything the ref hasn't spotted then he can alert him via his earpiece.

Yeah but you know that the goons would be ****ed with my system...so tarts like you don't get a say.

No disrespect <whistle>

Yeah not keen on appeals. It will just be abused as a time wasting / momentum killing tactic. The decision to review must stay with the officials imo.

Also I'd like it to be that it must be blatantly wrong to overturn the decision, none of this 'well on the 6th angle in super slow mo it does appear to brush his arm slightly' bollocks. Only if a clear mistake has been been made should it be changed.

You lot nicked our "oh when the Spurs go marching in" song so you don't get a say either :bandit:

Most of the "skullduggery" that you're alluding too, doesn't get picked up by VAR. players are cited and video evidence is then used to determine what went on and if any punishment is needed, after the game.
Absolutely no problem with that, unfortunately our FA has shown time and time again, they have no backbone.

Most of it gets spotted in the game, one way or another. But yeah, players do get cited afterwards too.

And the penalties in rugby are far harsher than football.

Looking forward to both games today. Virgil out for Liverpool.

@Skylarker money well spent mate, scored a goal against a **** team now injured when you play the best team <ok>
