Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger on Sky Sports: "A fantastic football game. The regret we have is we were first to score and after that we have a farcical decision. We looked like we were mentally shot and could have lost the game - we had the resources to come back to 2-2. Maybe it was a fair result.

"Look, since the start of the season it is what we have to take. I say it's a farcical decision - you could give 10 penalties like that a game. You read the foreign papers what they write about that and the English papers and you will see a difference.

"Games are spoiled by factors you cannot determine - we can only continue to play the way we want to play and hope things go for us.

"It's all opinions. But when your opinions go the same way - what is repeated is not coincidence. I'm happy with the quality of our games."

(BBC Football Live, interview)

<doh>
Wenger is basically calling the match officials ****s all over again, but trying to make it sound like he isn't calling them ****s.

I hope the FA come down on this asshole like the proverbial ton of bricks!

HIAG raging <laugh> cry yourself to sleep.

I'd settle for 5th (especially if it's above Arsenal), bearing in mind the disruption caused by our move to Wembley.

However, I think we are easily better than either 'Pool or United, and on a par with Chavs, so we ought to be in with a good chance of top 4 again.

On last nights evidence, are you ****.

Very fortunate to beat a **** Swansea side who very nearly forced a draw once it had dawned on them that Spurs weren't actually as good as their press makes out.

Off side goal, simple. The only reason Spurs got a second is Swansea were pushing hard for the equaliser.

You're miles behind City, United and Chelsea, behind Liverpool and marginally better than Arsenal, at a push.

Let him wallow in his own delusion mate. It will make the inevitable crash back to reality that much more fun to watch <ok>

But when it comes to housekeeping and empty cabinets they’re tops.<ok>

Wenger is so dishonest it's untrue.
He is bitching about the penalty but says nothing about Wilshere escaping a second yellow.

He never accepts that arsenal get lucky...even the arsenal legend Henry ... has pointed out the lucky decisions Arsenal got against Burnley, Tottenham and Leicester this season.

I obviously remember the Spurs one...two offside goals and the first coming from a free kick which was actually a perfect tackle...his response at the time? It was a foul and the benefit of the doubt should go to the attacking side.

If you accept **** decisions without acknowledging the luck then you kind of forfeit the right to bitch.

I now know all managers moan but he is right up there with Maureen imo.

By the way...Morata <laugh>

He didn’t get the nickname Whinger for nothing mate!

Swansea, Stoke and West Brom would be a good 3 I'm sure everyone agrees.

Yep Swansea because the place is a ****hole. Stoke because they are Stoke and Mark Hughes is a colossal ****. And West Brom because they play some of the most boring football ever. <ok>

Stoke have had their time now and simply add nothing to the league. Swansea have been on the brink for a few seasons now and WBA just cos **** 'em.
