Oh the bitterness. Here have a lemon.Didn't Chelsea win the Autoglass trophy before they became a 'big club' after Roman bailed them out ?

okay it was a real trophy and not a lemonLol stan can be a bit outrageous but he's not wrong in what he said.
I didn't watch the match as was out with missus all day and seeing that lineup i knew we probably weren't going to do much.
Dave at rwb does not work. He has nothing going forward really, especially when on the counter as his touch, dribbling isn't good enough (smashing defender though). Meant we were holding out for the draw. After morata went, you have willian and hazard, both as famous for their runs as Fabregas is for his speed. So basically we had no attackers allied to our lack of technicians to keep the ball.
Alonso cannot win a 1 on 1 battle against walker either so basically mark hazard and we ain't scoring against a team like City who will press us out of the ball.
Those subs were terrible, moses should have come on, one of the CBs off. Oh well, we can only hope that City and United hit a rocky period as we falling out of the race already.
As usual, Conte is too conservative against the big teams.

Morelike a lay-by in Basingstoke involving loads of choppers and a little small horn.Does your Cowboy fantasy involve choppers in the Vegas desert ?

I took Stan Jr and his mate to a non league game today. His mate is a bit of a bell end when it comes to football, partly because he doesn't come from a footie family.
After I'd paid for his ticket and we'd got into the ground the first thing he said was "why would anyone support this lot, they're not even Premier League?"
He then mocked the ground, the facilities and the fans. We sat in the family area for the first half and then stood behind the goal with the nutters in the second half.
On the way home I couldn't help not lecturing about how the PL has ruined how young people view football which inevitably led into my monologue about why I hate fantasy football!
I know the obvious response to this post will be "you're a Man United fan" but I don't give a ****![]()
And of course Arsenal and who'll ever forget Southampton.![]()

Hardly Tel although City were better and their ability to get men forward quickly and their superior movement off the ball did hamper our ability to offer the attacking game we would have wanted to play. Apart from the cracking goal from De Bruyne there wasn't a whole world of difference as the scoreline told correctly.Chelsea manager Conte said Chelsea 'gave everything' against City. Really? From what I saw they were picked apart like helpless pigeons.
No but, sadly, he does "support" Manchester United. He used to "support" Chelsea. Before that he "supported" Manchester United.Does this kid come from Manchester?

You'll be fine when Costa comes back...Had to give up my East lowers as girlfriend organised birthday dinner for me.
Just catching up on Footie now, looks like Atletico away took it out of us. 3 days recovery for City v 1 for us.
But it is a squad game and city’s is better than ours, even without Aguero Mendy Gundogan.
Let’s hope we can stay close to them until New Year and then pressure them next year!
Disagree mate...City were were head and shoulders better in this match.Hardly Tel although City were better and their ability to get men forward quickly and their superior movement off the ball did hamper our ability to offer the attacking game we would have wanted to play. Chelsea 4 attempts (2 off and 2 on target)
City 17 attempts (6 on and 11 off)
Chelsea 38% possession
City 62% possession
City were attacking in the chelsea final third of the pitch for 30.3% of the match whereas Chelsea were in the City final third for 22.1%.
47% of chelsea touches of the ball on the pitch were in their own defensive area whereas over 53% of city touches of the ball were in midfield where they were dominant.
Imho the score line was a little flattering to Chelsea.
The over reaction to a poor Chelsea performance is a joke as is the over reaction to the most expensive team ever assembled in uk history having a good start to the season.

Matic and Lukaku have been key to United as well. There's a pattern developing. It's pretty obvious who pulls virtually all the strings in that City team. And the Chavs sold him!...![]()
