Went to some Harry Potter thing in Knutsford one Saturday night. Actually very good. But had an outdoor meal afterwards of 'Stew and mash'. It was actually tinned bolognese and packet mash. Think it was the really cheap Stagg stuff too that they give out at food banks (or so I'm told). £13.50 each. I'd have gladly taken spaghetti with that too.
I went on a school trip to Paris, we had to stay at cheap like housing thing that was run exclusively by some 20 year olds or there abouts in age. I think because they're the only 4 people in France who can speak 2 words of English. The meal, everyday, was some hamburger patties with plain spaghetti. When I hear about France that's all I remember. One of us asking for Ketchup and getting in response "huh KEETTCHOOP?!" horrid. Getting mobbed as soon as you get off the coach by the African Union selling tat was also not fun.
Went on my first trip out of the country to France in the 70's with the school. Had my first horsemeat there. We thought they were tangy hot dogs till they told us afterwards. They literally eat anything, including ****ing songbirds. I thought my Chinese ancestors were bad.
Would never see national news in Scotland or Wales discussion England making the WC/making a playoff. they don’t like the English.
Never seen you or any other man talk very highly of them in any way so tbh it makes sense that they ****ing hate the English.
pahahahaha Haaland is going to Real Madrid or Man City. I'm wary of goalscorers from the Bundesliga anyway, so many awesome bundesliga strikers end up flopping in the PL. We have one in our squad right now
We really dont. In the PL era Chelsea have only ever had 3 real prolific strikers..... Hasselbaink, Drogba and Costa. With some meh strikers (regards to goals scored anyway) Zola, Gudjohnsen, Remy, Ba, Lukaku, Batschuiyi (cant be arsed to look up the spelling), Kalou, Anelka, Crespo, Mutu, Abraham, Giroud, Hughes and some absolute flops Sheva, Torres, Morata, Kezman Luckily throughout all the Chelsea careers of most of these strikers we also had Lampard banging in 25 goals a season in all comps too to make up the shortfall
We've had a few real stinkers too Diouf Titi camara Carroll Ryan babel Fernando Morientes - the old **** version tho Few try hards too like heskey, kuyt, baros, Bellamy, Origi. that were never top top class but have won us over in other ways But in general I'd say we've been pretty blessed over the prem era for strikers but they aint titles namean I always like tore andre flo when he was at yours, which reminds me that we had crouchy too so add him to the try hards list
Yeah forgot about Flo, he was our super sub. Decent striker. But Liverpool have been blessed with some great goalscorers, even when your team wasnt up to snuff. Prolific Liverpool Strikers of recent years: Fowler, Owen, Torres and Suarez were all immense at Liverpool. Your system now relies more on the wide forwards in Salah, Jota and Mane to grab the goals but Firminho plays his role great.
Its true we have been blessed on the whole u front. Theres a great quote about Bobby actually I always think of it when he pops up.. Crouch: 'If you watch the game you don't see Firmino. If you watch Firmino you see the whole game" Hes on the list between top top class and try hards we love
