Manure players can't finish a sentence. Wonder if they'll go crying to the Glazers about Rangnick like they did to Mourinho.
By build up, they mean the proceeding play, not the finish. I can only presume they viewed that handball as being part of the finish rather than the build up play.
It's just made the rule even more confusing tbh

It was good to see Ron comfort the kid at the end, he's been getting a lot of stick for not supporting the youngsters.
