I can't see Derby being relegated, as long has Rooney stays there. They already wiped out their negative points balance. This will make them another 3 to the good IF they win.

They need promotion form to stay up. Not impossible but I really don’t see them getting to 50 points.

16 behind almost half way through the season? Don't see it.

Barnsley and Posh are dreadful, the only thing going against Derby is that Hull and Cardiff have had a change in form, otherwise I would have had them as certs to survive. The football in the lower half of the Championship is miles away from the top half.

Started quite well despite the goal. Wonder how long he’ll stick it out there given their situation. Guess it’s a bit of a no-lose for him this season now.
If he keeps them up it’d be a miracle and he’d be manager of the season. They go down and it’s merely to be expected. He can’t lose.

You don’t think we’ll go up?

Not automatically, but I can see your lot being in one of the play-off places, then begins the lottery. I think if you lose tonight, there is nowt credential wise to be gained from it, because I'd expect Derby to be up there if it weren't for the points deduction.

It was just a joke aimed at Newcastle.

Good to see Coventry doing well. Would like to see them come back up after all the **** they've had.

I was surprised when I looked at the weekend, at the points gap, between the top two and third place.
