Superb performance from Antonio and indeed the Hammers ... no complaints and Gareth Southgate needs to give his head a wobble when picking the next England squad.

We were very poor and over casual. Should have Ryan Bertrand back for the weekend and possibly Timothy Castagne. No news on Jannick Vestetgaard's injury, (picked up in training yesterday) but Jonny Evans, James Justin and Wesley Fofana are all longer term ... pretty **** on the injury front.

Abridged: We were gash.

I think Steve Evans is on the verge of walking tonight, if he don't get a new striker out of the Chairman. Our main man Oliver got injured....shhite is just about to hit the fan.

He's done a good job there I think

League One right now I'm mostly shocked at the atrocious job that Paul Cook is doing at Ipswich, shoulda kept Lambert.

Evans has done a fantastic job, I didn't even want him at the club, because of past history, that's how much my view has changed on him. I think the fans will have a complete melt-down if he walks, and the target for their anger will be the chairman. Last time I saw a melt-down was when we had Dover in the cup some years back, it wasn't pretty and I don't want to see it again if I'm perfectly honest.

I think the Chairman is going to have to open his wallet, otherwise I can see him walking.

Ipswich have turned into a bit of joke.

I remember when you signed all those loanee's from Arsenal and basically you're manager was cobbling together whatever side he could. Not only did you do alright, you lot didn't even seem that concerned by relegation. Least as far as I can recall.

Now this season you've started off in decent fashion, certainly not relegation scrappers like.

It's how it goes at NUFC, you get a manager who can do a half decent job with a thrown together side and the chairman decides "**** it, he's doing fine, I'm off." The manager will do one eventually and you'll be left scrabbling around looking for whoever is desperate for a job.

“I wanted a striker in anyway. If we don’t get another one in then it’s head scratching time. Then it is really time to consider what I want to do.

If Vadaine is out and we are told to go with no strikers (to Shrewsbury on Saturday) then that is no project for me. We would be going on the coach with 13-14 players, two goalkeepers and kids, the kids are not ready.

*Vadaine is Oliver btw.

I remember it well, the great Dover Uprising.

I think we all know where we were when it happened.
