I’m guessing there’s probably a dozen or more teams in the PL and all of the teams in the other leagues who would like to be in your position financially. Why you guys keep trying to downplay it is beyond me.

We can't pay 60, 70, 80 or 90 million for a single player ... we can pay pretty good salaries ... that's true.
We seem too scared to make any kind of challenge in the box, unsurprising really as refs are always waiting to give them a pen.
Yeah we’re in an excellent position of course, you made my point there though about a dozen potentially in this league. We can agree that at a minimum the sky 6 are on another level to everyone else so consistently being above at least 2 of them in recent times is great. Where we rank against the next level of sides down is debatable.
Personally, I find it easier with us being the underdog, I don’t like us being bigged up. Personal feeling I guess
by the natural order of things I’d say we would be top half but not as high up as we are as we are over performing.

... we are not downplaying anything ... simply telling it as it is. Those around us in the table have spent vastly more than we could ... therefore, that we can continue to compete, us bloody brilliant
