All these football pundits crying about Lampard being sacked, how he deserved more time cos he was their bezzy, were the same ones who were gunning for Ole, are now actually quoting United giving Ole more time. Utter ****s <doh>

Have to admit, I feel sorry for the managers, putting aside their wages of course. I've always wanted Ole to well at United, Jose at Spurs and Lamps at Chelsea. The only bias one for me, was Bruce at Newcastle and I'm not sure what the answer is there, do they, don't they.

I think Ole is calm and has a wise head on his shoulders, Lampard less so. Sadly Frank probably wasn't big enough for the job, by that I mean as a rookie manager. I felt Lampard was right for the Derby job and still is, but Rooney's got it now.

Maybe a chance for Newcastle and Frank to....nah I won't go there, no no no no.

He’ll go to Bournemouth once Tindall fails to get them promoted. Big Sky Sports fanfare with interviews with Uncle ‘Arry. Triffic.

Not a chance of that with more than a day’s extra rest and Spurs being beaten up by Akinfenwa.

Doubt the big man will start, he's 38 now, hopefully comes on in the last 10 mins just for a bit of showmanship. I actually did see him run once, when he played for us, was a miracle to see. Although younger legs then, so 100m sprint probably possible. Probably would create a sonic boom now, but not for going too fast.

I don't think Frank being sacked by Chelsea makes him a bad manager. I definitely think there's something about him and the way he approaches the game which is actually considerably ahead of where I would expect someone of his level of experience to be. He got them to Top 4 and a cup final.

But that lack of experience did show at times at Chelsea, for example knowing when to be a bit more pragmatic rather than playing on the front foot, and so he needs to cut his teeth at a lower league club and go through the **** where he will be afforded time and the expectations are lower.

All of which makes me think it's not necessarily all over for him as Chelsea manager and who knows, it's a funny old game as they say, I can see him back there when he's ready for the job.
