If it's down to who won the most it's got to be Flick but he has only been there a year so the hard yards with have not been done by him. Klopp has put the effort in and deserves it if he gets it. If Bielsa does win then there will have been a lot of voting from Chile and Argentina

German guy looks impressive, actually won several things in the same year in whilst only being there a year. Still, one team league but the CL isn't impacted by this.
Klopp has had 4 (or is it 5) years to build his team getting every player he wanted regardless of cost to achieve Liverpools version of "the Holy Grail"
Beilsa has achieved Leeds version of the "Holy Grail" in less time and a much smaller budget.

Surely there are managers out there who have achieved bigger things respectively?

Tbh id expect the munich manager to win it, what he do the cl and the domestic title? only this year too. Should just tip it over Klopp I'd guess.
