Anyone ever heard of a manager called Lee Johnson?
he has beaten Carlo 5 times.
Anyone ever heard of a manager called Lee Johnson?
like I said, beat him once.
so who are saying he is a good manager, taken you a while. Like I said, at this time he is the best you can hope for until the PL approve the takeover.
Yeah why?Anyone ever heard of a manager called Lee Johnson?

Starting to think Ancelotti is a bit washed up tbh. Seems to get very little out of the players at his disposal, albeit one of them is having an outstanding season, I’ll accept that.
Everton played some great football under Martinez, I’d argue he has done a far better job than Carlo, on a much smaller budget.
I'd never even heard of him but it looks like the makems will be learning alot about him
why do you care. Will be a season or two before you are playing them in a mid table Championship game.
LOL, no.Starting to think Ancelotti is a bit washed up tbh. Seems to get very little out of the players at his disposal, albeit one of them is having an outstanding season, I’ll accept that.

Sunderland taking him on as new manager...
LOL, no.
Martinez had a really good first season, but because inherited a defence that was brilliantly drilled by Moyes. He added a more attacking style and we got 72 points. A tally that in most years would have got CL togger, but saw us 5th.
However, then it rapidly turned to ****. The defensive drilling that he simply didn’t do (they didn’t even practise defending corners ffs) had an impact, and we were dogshit. He’d lost the dressing room about a year before he was finally shot. If it wasn’t for Lukaku we’d have probably gone down.
Carlo inherited a disjointed squad with the spine of a jellyfish. He’s only had 1 window ffs and has spent about £60m nett. We’re far improved already, but he’ll need another 2 windows to truly make it his squad.
His sides play decent togger, he might sort them out tbh.
Agree with that, Don Carlo aint doing **** with Everton, if top four is his goal it ain't gonna happen, certainly not this season.Starting to think Ancelotti is a bit washed up tbh. Big Dunc had steadied the ship after we ****ed off Silva, but we’d have been far closer to the drop without Carlo. Our form after he arrived last season was just off the top 4, with a side that had no right being anywhere near that level.Realistically, if Carlo didn't come in do you think you'd have gone down?

I reckon they finish 12th

His signings have been spot on so far, but the drop in form when we lost Richarlison for 3 games, showed just how lacking in quality the squad is. Our first XI is now capable of giving anyone a game, but the squad is now where near strong enough to withstand the injuries / suspensions you’re bound to get during a 38 game season.
