Poch did it throughout his career and not because injuries forced his hand. They were discussing this very point on the Radio that peeps hyping up Klopp like he invented this.

Call it how it is, we have regressed so badly and look so far off being a functioning team...

One of the few things on my bucket list which doesn’t exist at all is for us to blag our way into Europe for just one away game in Hungary or something. Harder now they don’t give a place to the FA cup runner-up. Probably won’t ever happen.

I suppose if that's your greatest experience you'd not see beyond it, but like I say you need to come from left field and straight in the top 4.. Its easier than getting there once they've put you in the Europa trap

I've only done one away but it was the San Siro, doubt I'll ever beat that following Saints.

I'd really quite like to qualify for that new third competition and get a trip somewhere really random like Belarus or Georgia.

What's the deal with that anyway, do we get an 8th spot or one less EL?

The better team definitely won tonight. Other than Under first half and Fofana’s shocking header wide, I wouldn’t say any other chances were very clear cut. If you like side to side, slow as **** crab ball showing no intent then fair enough but this is worse than Puel for me as we have what should be a very good squad and one of the best paid managers around. I mean we need to keep him round as the position in the league itself doesn’t justify anything else currently so we need to let it play out but it’s really clear that our position has been boosted by the flurry of early season pens which have now dried up.
