I thought it was really comfortable to say it was what is now our 2nd XI barring Keane.

We must have hit the woodwork 6 or 7 times.

I’d expect a slightly stronger side next week.

We're still celebrating freeing up some midweek training time...

Bielsa does murderball every Wednesday when we don't have a match, which means we'll run every team off the park come the weekends <ok>

We've dodged a bullet mate.

Next week we'd have been off to London on the Tuesday and not back until the wee small hours of Thursday morning. The time on the training ground will be well spent and will stand us in good stead up until the 12th December when we have our next midweek match. Bielsa works his magic by actually coaching the players...unlike others who are all bluster and alledged man management.

The problem you have is the momentum ... as we found out after the lock down resumption ... good performance against Liverpool but you lost ... you've now lost again ... lose your next one and that's 3 on the bounce and the doubts start creeping in ...

Saints are playing particularly ****e like. Wasn't even a weak team tonight.

Thought it'd be Newcastle losing two on the bounce and questions being asked.
